Brief Introduction Of Nitrification Inhibitors In The Domestic And Abroad contact now

Nitrification inhibitors used to be called nitrogenous fertilizer synergists, named after their effects. Nitrification inhibitors have been known by using it for a long time. In the domestic, China lvda light chemical institute carried out research on nitrification inhibitors and achieved good results. In foreign countries, since the 1950s, in order to control nitrification, foreign scholars have been working on research of nitrification inhibitors. It also has certain effect on improving the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer. A company in the United States developed 2-chloro-6-trichloromethyl pyridine. It is the first nitrification inhibitor variety. In Japan, there was a systematic study in Triazine derivatives. They then added thiourea and amino-4-chloro-6-methyrimidine to study on compound fertilizer. Soviet Union also carried out Tests on dicyandiamide and thiourea.

In decades of research in the domestic and abroad, manifold effects have been achieved in the agricultural application of nitrogen fertilizer synergist:

(1)Reduce the loss of nitrogen fertilizer and improve the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer. It is known that Japan adds nitrification inhibitor to fertilizers, which accounts for about 0.5%~5% of the nitrogen content of fertilizer, and can improve the utilization rate of about 20%.

(2)Increase the tiller number, plant height and yield of the plant. Foreign studies showed that the highest yield of rice was increased by 86.2% when nitrogen fertilizer with nitrification inhibitor was applied to paddy soil.

(3)Improve soil properties, adjust soil acidity and alkalinity, and reduce the rate of acidification, which is conducive to crop growth.

(4)Reduce the generation of salts and gas, reduce the damage to crops by adding the synergist to the fertilizer.

(5)In addition to inhibiting nitrification, some varieties of nitrogen fertilizer also have functions of sterilization and insecticidal.

Previous studies on nitrification inhibitors have been more comprehensive, but they pay more attention to the effect of nitrification inhibitors on nitrogen fertilizer utilization rate. How to improve the efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer to achieve high yield was their goal. At present, it is important to improve the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer, but more importantly, it should do no harm to the environment. Therefore, we should add one more item to the previous ones, that is environmental friendliness.
